Delivery Coverage

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates using our own logistics fleet operating from our warehouse in Sharjah, UAE.

Delivery Charges

Orders above AED 250 qualify for free delivery across the UAE.

For orders below AED 250, a delivery fee of AED 25–50 may apply. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 working days
Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: 2–4 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to operational or logistical constraints.

Delivery Method

Deliveries are carried out using our own fleet vehicles.
Unpacking, installation, or placement services are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Order Consolidation

To optimise delivery efficiency, orders may be consolidated with other deliveries along the same route. Exact delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed unless specifically arranged in advance.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all goods upon delivery.
Any visible damage should be reported at the time of delivery whenever possible. To assist with claims processing, damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Reports submitted after this period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Product Handling

Many of our products are fragile and must be handled with care. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges the nature of premium glassware and tableware products and agrees to inspect all items upon delivery.
