Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to deliver the items?
Delivery within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman usually takes 1–2 working days.
Delivery to Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates usually takes 2–4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to operational or logistical constraints.
How much are the shipping fees?
Free delivery across UAE for orders over AED 250.
For orders below AED 250, a delivery fee of AED 25–50 may apply. The final delivery charge will be calculated at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates.
Do you have same-day delivery?
No, same-day delivery is not available at the moment.
Can I pick up the item from the showroom?
Showroom pick-up may be arranged upon request and subject to confirmation.
Please contact us before visiting to make sure your order is ready for collection.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, our team will share delivery updates with you directly.

What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
Can I add items to my order?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to assist you.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
I did not receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact our customer service team and we will assist you.
My payment did not go through. How do I complete my order?
Please try again using one of the available payment methods at checkout.If the issue continues, contact our customer service team and we will assist you.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, inserts, and packaging included.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, used items, or items without original packaging, except where required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Please inspect all items upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged item, take clear photos of the product and packaging and contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Damage reports submitted after this period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
My order was delivered, but it does not match the description on the website.
Please take photos of the item received and share your order details with our customer service team. We will review the case and assist you accordingly.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe and may depend on the payment provider or bank processing time.
