Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions.
The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The incorrect item has been delivered.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, used items, or items without their original packaging, except where required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide order details and supporting images, where applicable.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in original condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
All original accessories, inserts, and packaging must be included.
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery may not be eligible for return.

This policy applies to all premium glassware and tableware products sold through our store.
Approved returns will be collected or exchanged based on product availability and internal assessment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all goods upon delivery.

Any visible damage should be reported at the time of delivery whenever possible. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to assist with claims processing.

Reports submitted after this period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with payment provider policies.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy shall limit or exclude any rights granted to consumers under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
