How can I get a refund?

If you change your mind and wish to refund your product/s, the following criteria are imperative to receive a refund.

  • The products should be unused, in original packaging and in its original state.
  • Items sold, if found not suitable have to be returned within 7 days.
  • We will refund the price you paid for the goods and credit the refund amount to your credit/account that you made payment with.
  • We will not refund any delivery and assembly costs you have paid in case you requested to return goods already delivered to your home. And based on our evaluation of item condition we will refund the product value.
  • Items cannot be returned once received by the delivery personnel, the return must be made in-Person at our House of Everstyle showroom.
  • Everstyle team member must be informed about the reason for the return – Once the goods are received, they will be checked by our executive and then the decision for refund will be considered.
  • The return amount will be initiated within 45 working days of raising the request.
  • The final decision of accepting the return solely lies with Everstyle.

Can I exchange the product/s?

We are confident that once you receive your order, you’d not want to exchange but instead order more. However, we are driven by superior experience for all shoppers, for hygiene reasons we do not entertain the exchange of products.
