How can I get a refund?

 If you change your mind and wish to refund your product/s, the following criteria are imperative to receive a refund.

  •   The products should be unused, unopened, and in an original state.
  •  Goods cannot be returned once received by the delivery personnel, the return must be made only through Everstyle’s management channel.
  • Everstyle team member must be informed about the reason for return.
  • Once the return is confirmed by the Everstyle team, goods will be couriered by the customer to Everstyle’s registered address. (Everstyle will not bear the charges for the return shipment).
  • Once the goods are received, they will be checked by our executive and then the decision for refund will be considered.
  • The return amount will be initiated within 45 working days of raising the request.
  • Return will be made in the original mode of payment.
  • The final decision of accepting the return solely lies with Everstyle.

Can I exchange the product/s?

We are confident that once you receive your order, you’d not want to exchange but instead order more. However, we are driven by superior experience for all shoppers, for hygiene reasons we do not entertain the exchange of products.
